Fake rape case of section 376 and 417

My girlfriend and I were in relationship 2 years back we had planned to marry each other but when i asked for hand in marriage from my parents they dint agree to it because of caste which led to a fight between our parents due to which i had to breakup with her. But she was not ready to accept the break up and after 2 years she filed a fake sexual assault case on me section 376 and 417 . I have attended the court 2 times but they have kept postponding the dates how do i make the process faster?

Hi, in this case of Rape whether it is true or false first of all you should take bail to save your interest. You and your girlfriend had relationship on mutual consent . So this allegation of rape does not amount to be forceful. You can fight your case on the various judgement of Apex court. But this case will take time to come in the end. If you want quash the first then you can approach High Court for the same with all evidences For the questioning of the Fir.

1. you have to give the evidence before the court to prove the case filed by her is a false and fake case. 2. the case filed after 2 years is not a good case. 3. your advocate must submit before the court for fast trail
