What can i do now my bf prime me to get married with me we r having 2yr live in relation he also force me to leave my family after all that without knowing me suddenly one day he left me how can i file case against him

If any accused makes false promise and makes relations with the victim it is punishable under Section 376 IPC. Definitely, register an FIR before the concerned Police Station as soon as possible. Hope you find this helpful.

You need to lodge an FIR first against your boyfriend and later you need to pursue your case in the court. It is a severe offence as per the new law of the land but first you should consult with an advocate in person and discuss everything either on call or in a meeting.

this needs a detailed legal discussion. because it will have to be understood what promises he made and what is the damage you suffered, accordingly civil and criminal cases may be filed against him, do you have enough proof that you were living together for two years?
