Has the first application on mutual divorce been moved? Please ask your lawyer who moved up the application to rectify this situation as even a divorce will not mean that your name is removed. Also has the second application been accepted as 2 years is a long time?
Q: OnlyFans legal as an Indian creator living in Nepal
I am 20. An Indian studying in Nepal college. I am planning to start OnlyFans as a creator and post content. Link payout to an Indian pvt bank via Payoneer/Wise. My content wouldn't be too explicit, no child harm. I am willing to declare future income and be tax compliant. I want to know is it legal to be on Onlyfans as an Indian? If I want to shift to some other country 10-15 years later, will this 'onlyfans' part be a problem?

Criminal laws are generally applicable to you irrespective of whether you reside in India or elsewhere. If your citizenship continues you can very well be tried under the BNS and IT Act as creation of obscene material is punishable.
Q: Query regarding doing job while divorce case
I am going through a divorce right now. I have put case for alimony and returning my things from my ex husband. They are asking for how to settle the case. I have also put section 316 and 144 along with section 24. I want to know if I can work freelancing while the case is still pending for alimony, maintenance and return of things.

Mam, Hope you are well and hope your matter is sorted out. Income sufficiency from your work to support your living standard is to be seen by courts in your case Mam. There are several precedents of the Supreme Court of India which do not automatically dis-entitle a woman from claiming all this. It’s just that these are from a case to case basis. I've a relative who is arrested for a wrongful crime. He has been in the prison for the last 3 months. Their family was waiting for the chargesheet to be filed and now it has been filed. I want to know if we can apply for bail and how can we go about proving him innocent?
