Q: Mental & physical abuse by husband.

I am married for last one year . I am staying with my husband in his government quaters and I am 7 months pregnant. My husband is mentally and physically torturing me . He is asking me to leave his house . And he wants to take divorce. As I am pregnant currently I don't want to take divorce and I have no other place to live. Kindly guide what can I do. As I can't leave his house.

Hi, I have recently purchased a land and now started the construction for my house but the neighbour are stopping the construction because I am from Muslim community and the are Hindu by cast what can I do legally.

If it was cancelled and the AIR India has already confirmed it, then you need not worry. You have to answer that legal notice through an advocate and further you must file a complaint with the help of the advocate.
