Fake 376 filed after consensual relationship by a medical doctor

What if the girl is highly educated and mentions in FIR that promise to marriage happened on X date and truth is that they are in the same hotel room much before than X Date

The Onus of proof is on a boy , in such cases law favours a girl , however if a boy has sufficient evidence indicating that sex happens was consensual and before the promise of marriage, then there is a chance for the boy. For which I have to discuss in detail with you.

Not an issue, the fact and circumstances of the FIR /application is matter and the situation and the proof of the same is maintainable or not,, for complete information you need to share the complete facts but now a days supreme court and courts of India are more reliable on matters pretext to false promise... If u handle with carefully then need not to worry but of u take it otherwise than u must be in problm
