Electoral offence in parliamentary elections

19-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Hi, I have committed an electoral offence 6 years ago in the 2014 elections by casting my brother`s vote in his place seeking mere thrill and fun when i was underage and hence ineligible to vote.So if I were to turn myself in now, what would be the penalty for the offence and what is the statue of limitations for such an offence? Thanks,
