mostly ek hi incident ke liye do bar FIR nahi ho sakti. cause of action ek hi bar ka banega. agar kuchh new add kiya jayega ya koi or incident show karke FIR lodge karai jati ha to ho sakti ha. but apke pas bachav bhi ha ki pahle isi incident ko lekar FIR ho chuki ha. islye isko quash kiya ja sakta ha.
