I want to lodge the FIR against the builder. 10 years completed not given possession. Total flat owner 1200+more.

1. you can file a complaint against the builder in the police station. 2. you can file the case in civil court for possess and for delay in complition. 3. you can file the case in consumer court also for recovery of money or to give possession with compensation

Hi, if the your builder where you have booked flats and your builder has not provided the possession of flats to the purchasers on the decided with frame then you should approach RERA and complaint there and then you can approach police if it you feel cheated and misappropriated your fund.
