DRI case on a company and Manager gets penalised

I was working in a company in China. We were loading containers. Our clients used to evade Customs Duty in India. We used to do the declaration as per their requirements. We were caught by the DRI. Now I have left that company after this case. But still the legal DRI case is standing against me and asking me as an Manager of the EX company to pay penalty. I did not have any financial benifits from this thing. My boss is also being penalized. Can I get out of it??

hello client as i can see your issue is serious in nature but as you are willing to cime out of this matter that is quite possible . as you have stated that you are doing all this mall practices during the emoloyment of your previous compamy so in this matter we can save you from the harrasment of DRI as well as from the boundation of not entering to your country . we can save you from any type of pennalty and any type of punishment as well.

Dear Client The Directorate of Revenue intelligence will not withdraw the case basis you resigning/being terminated from the company, your course of action will depend on the type of allegation and action / investigation being conducted. Feel free to get in touch to discuss further.

one can not be made liable only by alleging that such a person was an employee and knew the transactions and was intentionally involved in the wrongful acts of a company. The court does not neglect the fact that this person is an employee and he has no legal interest in the profit & loss of the company which is alleged to have committed the crime.
