Doing sex on false promise of marriage

My boyfriend and I were in a relationship since 1.3years.we were in a physical relationship also and i was telling him to do registry marriage and now he is not keeping contact with me and after the bad quarrel he told me to keep the physical relationship again and we did it but then again we were in a quarrel but now he is not responding in any condition and after that he told many unparliamentary words to my mom and me what should I do now should I file a case against him?

Immediately you need to file case against him under Sections 90, 376, and 377 of IPC it's punishable offense. Marrying a woman by concealing identity or having intercourse under false promise of marriage, promotion and employment will attract up to 10-year imprisonment with a bill introduced on Friday proposing a specific provision to deal with these offences for the first time. You should do fir on him immediately of rape on false promise of marriage .it's not happening with you only many girls like you are going through it they should be punished for this kind of behavior you go with your parents and narrate all to police n must say that u gave consent Because he promised you to marry that why you gave consent for more seven o o three o five seven five seven six, file fir to your nearest police station .
