a situation when the female holds a doctorate in engineering and holds a very prestigious position. We both met through the online dating service Facebook, where we had many conversations that were more about physical closeness before we finally met in March 2022. She met my parents after we first started dating, and we slowly started talking about getting married. Then, her behavior started to change, and she started refusing to let my parents stay with me, which caused the relationship to become tense. I have subsequent proof that we shared a room in various hotels and resorts after we decided to pursue marriage.Six months later, she submitted the FIR in which she shaped the facts. She omitted the precise RAPE time and day. She is presently on a marriage-related website. She stated in the FIR that the rape occurred twice, first in March and again in April, and that each time she traveled a distance of 1000 kilometers to meet me.

my dear. u should first approach the high court for quashing of FIR. if the f.i.r is not quashed then u should have to face trial. and in the trial if the allegations of the girl are proved to b wrong then u may got acquitted
