Discharge or quashing of FIR for 420 case registered in pune

I am wrongly charged with 420 406 34 & out on bail. I want to discharge or quash the FIR. Case is registered in Pune lower court & I am based out in Mumbai. Need lawyer who can confidently do the quashing/discharge

you have 2 options 1st either file discharge application before Pune magistrate court and 2nd file quashing petition before Bombay highcourt for quashing you can adopt two ways 1st by consent if the complainant gives their affidavit and mentioned they don't have objection if the case will be quashed and 2nd by merit

The matter is required to be discussed thoroughly to pull the reasons beneficial to quash the FIR and yes a discharge application can also be moved before the same court but the quashing is required to be done in High Court. Me and my associates can look after either of the matter.

Well, I can get the quashing done for you by filing a Petition for Quashing under Sec 482 of the CRPC, 1973. I need to go through Certified Copies of your FIR, Chargesheet, Interim Orders and all other case related Documents to file a Petition for Quashing.
