well here the answer to your question is your spouse has filed a complaint against you at police station which is further referred to CAW for mutual conciliation, if the efforts fail or settlement is not arrived at, the complaint is sent back to police station, if converted to FIR, the husband can talk to the investigating officer either through friend relative or lawyer if arrest is to be made. go for anticipatory bail. or quashing.

Sir, this happens in family matters, complaint can be made at any time, you should go with a lawyer and join the police investigation and present your side. And you can first take anticipatory bail from Hon’ble Court and join the police investigation in which police will only question you and you can give your side in writing and you can continue your divorce case

You should attend the complaint proceedings in the Women Cell becuase it might give you the advantage of seeing the proofs or evidence which your spouse is having or might use against you further. Also we have to make out a strategy against your spouse in the divorce proofs using all the proofs against her

If any police notice received to you from caw then you must appear in the caw cell. You have to give in written in the police station that you don’t want any reconciliation with the party and you already filed a divorce in the family court.

: When dealing with a complaint filed in the Crime Against Women (CAW) Cell, it is crucial to approach the situation strategically. Understanding the CAW Cell's purpose and the importance of participation in proceedings can help you present your side and avoid negative impressions in court. To prepare your defence, gather evidence, attend hearings, and document everything discussed in the CAW Cell. Manage the possibility of an FIR by anticipating it, considering preemptive legal actions, and sticking to your position. Focus on divorce proceedings and avoid settlement talks. Stay calm and assertive, not engaging in emotional confrontations. Manage your reputation and avoid actions that could be perceived as threatening or retaliatory. Consult regularly with your lawyer to stay informed and update your legal strategy. By following these steps, you can protect yourself legally while maintaining a firm position in the divorce and related criminal proceedings.
