Sir pechale 2 salo se koi mere bare me rumour spread kara he iss bat ka mujhe bahot business me nuksan hua me mental hararrasment hue hai log mujha se bat nahi kar rahe plz help me

apne sabhi details nhi provide ki hai iss query me. Ap defamation case file kar sakte ho aur compensation bhi claim kar sakte ho based on the fact that apko nuksan hua hai. but apko defame karne wale insan ka definite pata hona chahiye. Sab details ke sath mujhe contact kijiye.

you can file a case for defamation under the provisions of Indian Penal Code . defamation is an offence punishable under the Indian Penal Code you can file an FIR against the person who spreads rumours about you

Aap us person ko pahle legal notice bhejiye aapke wakil k marfat aur usme bataiye k aapki usne kaise beizzati ki hai, kab kab ki hai, kiske samne ki hai aur use maafi mangne kahiye publicly nahi to phir aap uske band defamation case kariye

Well, you can get a FIR lodged against that Unknown Person, who has tarnished your image and goodwill of your business. After lodging of FIR, Police will investigate, who has tarnished reputation of you & your's business and then accordingly he will get punished. Parallely, you can file a Civil Suit to seek compensation from that person who spoiled your business.
