Criminal assault by villagers,police not taking any action what to do

Address village Narol, P.S. Kagarol Dist Agra UP, and serving in Delhi, want to submit some fact for kind consideration and favourable action at your end. On dated 05.03.17 about 0800 hrs my family members uncle , brother  were standing outside of our home and discussing some issues meanwhile some people of my village namely attacked with weapons ( lathi, Danda) over them, in this incident my family members got seriously injured. In this regard they went to police station to lodge FIR / complaint. Duty officer of police station Kagarol received a complaint but neither registered an FIR nor made any action against culprit since last 05 days.  In this regarding i have sent a mail to all concerned ( DGP UP, ADG law and order, IG Zone Meerut, DIG Agra, SSP Agra) but no action taken by police. So i request to you please interfere into the matter and take cognizance to so

For this kind of condition you can take all the recieved copy of the all complaints that you move in police station and your mail copy. Than approach to the concern court and you can file a application in the section 156(3) crpc and court direct to police station for lodge your FIR and investigation.

You can go to district court Agra and give application under section 156(3) crpc to lodge FIR.

Idle like ssp section 200 IPC me complain case file kijiye magistrate ke pass ,idle like apko 2 witness chahiye ninja in chief hogs for magistrate accused ke like warrant issue karenge aur case registered hoga

For this you have to file a case in magistrate court of your district court under 156(3) Crpc for lodging FIR against the accused persons. Don't worry order will be passed as you might have medical report supporting your petition. For More brief u may call me
