You may file protest petition against B summary report. Ground may be that police failed to investigate matter bring evidence on record. You need to discuss which evidence are not taken into consideration by police.

B summary report is filed when false or frivolous cases are instituted. Usually B summary report is filed as a final report on completion of the investigation. Where the Magistrate, accepts the B summary report the only course left to the magistrate is to drop all further action.

Where the police classifies the case as maliciously false or when there is no evidence or prima facie case against the accused after investigation, B Summary Report is submitted by the police before the Magistrate. Further legal step which you can take is to challenge the B Summary Report filed before Magistrate via your lawyer.
