Q: Court directed for FIR however police gave B summary to court

I filed complaint in police station against wife and her parents for theft.No cognizance was taken by police as sister of wife was ACP in same city . Therefore, I filed private complaint under section 156(3) CrPC against wife and her parents for theft under section 378, 379 and 34 of IPC. JMFC ordered for registration of FIR. Thereafter,police registered FIR after directions from court, but after investigation police submitted B summary to court.what further steps needs from me to get justice?

You may file protest petition against B summary report. Ground may be that police failed to investigate matter bring evidence on record. You need to discuss which evidence are not taken into consideration by police.

Q: Sibling Already using Property

Father died without making Will so I also hv right in his Property along with Elder Brother n Mother. But! From the time when Father was alive Brother (n Mother too) is Using the Property n has built his Business Building on it so practically I won't b able to use the property even if I sign document to put my name on the property along with them. I m willing to get my Property Share but not ok with any type of Business or Building of other share holders on it. I want them to stop using Property before I sign any Document related to it. What I need to do. If possible PLS guide

You may either execute MOU with them for consent or May file civil suit for partition with possession of the Property. These are the possible legal way available considering the facts state by you. . . .

Q: If Mou Is Signed And Executed On Stamp Paper

If any mou is signed on stamp paper that dowry neither taken nor demanded then can it debbared to file cases again in future if dispute arises again

No, still case can be filed on ground that stamp was executed under coercion. Dowry demand is offence, and raising of grievance against it can’t be barred by execution of stamp. You may still approach the law

Q: Received rule no 11 form 15- under cruelty

How can I get certificate under u/s 65b of evidence act. Also I have WhatsApp chats, audio recordings,emails of my spouse and her relatives .How can I prove to the court that the voice recordings and chats are belonging to the spouse and his relatives who were cruel to me.

In written statement , you have to admit or deny the fact put by petitioner and then have to put your version of case before the court. It is part of pleading, so you have to write only fact therein in light of evidence and no law.
