Consultation for miscarriage of one month old pregnancy

I am a pharmacist working in a hospital. A few days ago, i gave mistakenly wrong medicine to one month pregnant lady which causes her miscarriage.
Now they have filed a case in police station.
How can i defend. Please help me.

Dear Client,
You being a pharmacist working in a hospital, how you provided it without prescription , if prescription was not , then you will not have to accept that you gave her medicine. She may purchase such medicine from elsewhere.
All it depends that what she has failed in FIR.
you may be arrested, so you should move for Anticipatory Bail if FIR filed against you.

Got to check what was written in the prescription and if you were negligent on your part in giving them wrong medicine.
Though the defence is weak if you have failed to perform your duty properly. But all will depend on material evidence, witness and investigation.
