Dear client, bail can be filed on the same day. But the gravity of offence is so needed, which can be obtain from the FIR. So, firstly meet a lawyer and know about the gravity. and also should know the case is complaint or FIR ?

You can even apply for bail without surrender. However now you can file bail at any point of time. The trial of the case takes long time and the court will admit you bail subject to some conditions....
