Child Abuse and Poisoning , harrasment

My family and brother-in-law have given me poison and my children. I have lodged complaints to the police different officials SHO, and DCP but no investigation happen.yesterday i checked the complaint status through RTI and it was closed. nnWhat action should we take to get justice?

you have to file 156(3) petition in district court direct and registered your FIR through court.. when police and higher authority don't registered our complain than work of court starts.. if your case is from delhi contact us.

If you have already filed your complaints then now you need to get a FIR registered against the culprits through the court under section 156(3). Just keep the copy of the complaints to be attached in the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Go for a complaint to the judicial magistrate for the same so that investigation could be ordered by the magistrate to the police and if the case is satisfied an FIR would be registered and the trial will begin and the culprits will have to face the trial

You can file a complaint before the Metropolitan Magistrate immediately. Metropolitan Magistrate is a judge and there you can get immediate relief. Investigation needs to be conducted by the police officials on such a complaint if they are not helping then you have a right to approach courts.
