14-Jul-2024 (In Criminal Law)
A person from Humayun Ngar signed 3 agreements promising to pay 10% profits per month but now is not paying. He is intentionally not paying since May 2024. Multiple attempts to get the investment of Rs.10,00,000 has failed. I have whatsapp screenshots and the agreement. He also said that even if he goes to jail for 7 years section 420, he will not return the money

Hi,You can file complaint against him for cheating and fraud. Along with this you should also file recovery of your amount in civil court. Before all you need to send one legal notice for compliance of terms and conditions of agreement entered.
