Thanks for sharing your problem,
If that person make physical relations with you with your permission the physical need of both the parties that is not a rape but if that person force you for making physical relation also promise that if you join him for get complete his lust than he will marry you that is a rape if the promise is false.

U can file an FIR, that such & such person have committed cheating, rape, sexual harassment on the pretext of marriage. And that now he is threatening me. Additionally u can file complaint before NCW.

You can lodge an F.I.R against the boy for rape as consent given by you was on false promise of the boy. He was aware, at the time of promise that he is Hindu and his religion may be an impediment in marriage with you. The consent given by you is under misconception of false promise of marriage and as such it is "no consent" for law. Therefore incident happened with you falls within the definition of Rape.
You can also file a suit for damages as the incident tormented your private and social life as well as for pain and agony you have suffered.

On the basis of misconception of facts that you have given your consent only because he promised to marry you. You may file an FIR against the boy for committing sexual assault (rape) in the nearest police station.

Dear client as explained you and your boyfriend had sexual relationship in the pretext of marriage however the boy is now denying to marry. As per the latest law on this point, if you are major and have mental intelligence to perceive the consequences of your actions then you cannot hold him liable for this offence. It is better to have a detailed discussion of your case and then give legal advice. Thanks & Regards.
