Q: Memo of appearance in criminal cases by advocates
Plz tell me about the format of memo of appearance by advocates , how to fill memo of appearance ?

There is no such format of memo of appearance. In plain paper just write the court name, cause title, case no, and undertaking from d advocate that he is appearing on behalf of so and so and that he is authorised to appear on behalf of that person. Lastly name of d advocate, enroll. No, & address, mobile no.
Q: Female filed a complaint under sec 354 FIR still not registered
Hi One of my female neighbour has filled a complaint against my brother and father. But the FIR is not registered yet. So I need your help how we can solve this problem. If police will file the FIR the what is the process after FiR. Shall we apply for anticipatory bail or not.

Complaint is filed mentioning the allegations not of indian penal code sections, section are added after the registration of FIR as per the allegations mentioned in the complaint. So even if FIR is registered under csection 354. U can take bail.
Q: Cheating and rape after promise to marriage done to me
Was in a relationship with my boyfriend from past 2.5 years i belongs to a Christian family and he is from Hindu he promised me that he will marry me on that basis we had sexual intercourse now he is saying i cannot marry you as my parents are not allowing me for the same. I met with his parents as well and told them everything about are relationship but still they are saying we cannot allow our boy to marry you. And that guy is still like i cannot marry you. Now regarding this every single person know in my community and as well as all of my relatives now no one will gonna except me like this. He ruin my life badly. Kindly advice how can i get justice.

U can file an FIR, that such & such person have committed cheating, rape, sexual harassment on the pretext of marriage. And that now he is threatening me. Additionally u can file complaint before NCW.
Q: Can we refund fee from coaching institute
How practical is it to seek fee refund from coaching Institute which says ' fee once cannot be refunded' on admission form. But have deficiences in their services

U can file a consumer case before consumer forum if there is a deficiency on part of caoching institute no matter what is there in d admission form. They r standard form contract which are biased, means one way benefitting only caoching institite.
