Jab main FIR number se court ki website mein case check kar raha hu toh ye show kar raha hai Case status - pending Stage of case - Misc/apperance Chargesheet is filed on - 15-06-2024 Next hearing date - 04-07-2024 What's means that mujhe court mein appear hona hai ya nahi?? Mere ko court ki taraf abhi koi summon ya notice nahi aaya hai

First of all tell me the details of the case and your role in the FIR and if you don’t get the notice you have the knowledge of the case date . Go to the court on first date check the status of the case when your name is called by the court

You will need to approach the court only when you get your summons. You will get a proper summons from the court with your address and the case details that are pending against you. But to be on the safer side you can always appear before the court through VC links that are available on the same website.

You don't have to appear in court at all because the judge has not taken cognizance of the offence. Once the judge take cognizance of the offence then he will issue the summon or you can engage a lawyer and ask him to inspect the court files if you believe something is not tight

agar aapko koi summon ya notice nai aaya hai to aapko court mein appear hone ki requirement nai hai..Agar aap apna FIR number check kar rahe ho to better hoga ki Hearing ke baad hi dekh len. So better hoga first hearing hone de uske baad status check karien
