After IO placed the chargesheet in court, do court give us (IO and person whose Fir is registered) a date on which the chargesheet is analysed by court?

hello client as i can see your issue . yes court will issue you a copy of the chargesheet . the person against whom the FIR is been registered as well as if other accussed are also there in that case all the acccused will be given Copy of the cahrgesheet . if the any if the accussed is willing challange in the high court itself .

Yes. After filing charge sheet court gives a date. It will be examined by the court then court will ask accused to furnish bail. Once accused takes the bail charges will be framed against the accused and argument on charge will take place
