Hi team,
I have got work opportunity to travel Outside India for which I have to appear for stamping . There is an false fir and charge sheet files against me and my husband for which we have applied for quash .we have the bail as well
Now the question is will I be allowed to travel out of country will there be a problem.

You may seek permission to travel outside the country either in the Lower Court or in the High Court. If your travel is short term then you will be definitely permitted to go to Abroad. Further, your appearance is required only two times before the Court and ask your advocate to file permanent exemption petition.
