Hi team, I have got work opportunity to travel Outside India for which I have to appear for stamping . There is an false fir and charge sheet files against me and my husband for which we have applied for quash .we have the bail as well Now the question is will I be allowed to travel out of country will there be a problem. Charge sheet filed under section section 504,506 and r/w 34.

don't worry you guys can travel out of country and your advocate can file application in every date of hearing untill you returns to our country above said case not much big so you guys travel..and any further information contact me

Yes, it’s going to reflect in your personal records, it may impact on your approval of visa or applying job, but the offences you mentioned are not serious in nature contact any advocate with records and to try to get case resolved as early as possible

Dear Madam,

You may seek permission to travel outside the country either in the Lower Court or in the High Court. If your travel is short term then you will be definitely permitted to go to Abroad. Further, your appearance is required only two times before the Court and ask your advocate to file permanent exemption petition.
