I have made a disproportionate asset complaint to CBI against an IAS Officer. What do I do if CBI has not yet registered an F.I.R?

If your complaint has not been lodged by the concerned department, then you should approach the court by way of an Application under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. then Magistrate may direct to lodge your complaint.

in in that case you may sent the substance of such information in writing and by post to the superintendent of police concerned who such information this closes the commission of an offence Sach Superintendent of Police shall either investigate the case himself or direct and investigation to be made furthermore, explain to me the facts and circumstances of the case in a greater depth perhaps this case might even be amenable to the High Court

you can lodge a f.i.r on your own if there's any proof of corruption. if the concerned police station refuses to do so you can directly approach court u/s 156(3) and proceed to pursue the matter through your council. please let me know if I can be of assistance.

your query is in very short and some facts are not clear that by what mode you have tried to register FIR with the CBI ? there is certain process by following the process the CBI can only registered F.I.R. against any of the government officer the complaint should be related to corruption.
