Case where 38 year old MD doctor says promise to marry

38 year old woman and 35 year old man met on Instagram. After many chats and discussions they met in Chennai where the girl booked hotel room. First time they met in hotel room. In FIR she wrote that they met in 4 different places in 4 months and everytime this guy raped her but in 164 statement rape is not mentioned at all. Again in 161 also there is some mix match. What to do in such case.

you should challenge the matter before the High Court and while putting every fact before the court ask it to quash the entire proceeding on the basis of contradictions in statements given by the informant

this is not matter that how many time they meet or what doing. matter is if a girl says that she raped by a man that means he raped. no matter this is prove or not. but if she not say raped in 164 crpf then it is favour of man. better is settle all matter with the girl is outside.
