What happens when a medical doctor lady MD gynecology who’s age is 39 gives different statement in 161 164 and FIr In FiR no date and time mentioned of forced relationship on pretext of marriage In 164 no physical relationship mentioned In 161 physical relationship is written consensual Fact : girl has said that even before meeting she used to have sex chat with the guy Guy never went to her place and she only used to come First meeting in a hotel room booked by the girl

In case of any consensual relationship, quashing of FIR can be sought from the High Court directly, proving that there had been no false promise to marry from your end and she entered into physical relationship on her free Will and consent . For any further clarification feel free to contact.

This is a good defense if all the facts you have mentioned negates the requirement of 376. The stage of the proceedings will play the pivotal role as to whether it is a right stage to move for quashing. if yes, then the powers under 482 can be invoked and the FIR can be quashed.
