The court cannot send you a summon if there is no allegation against you or you have not been provided as a witness in a case. You can have friends and hangout with them. Taking a selfie with a person who is an alleged accused is of no offence. The proceedings under PWDV Act are quasi criminal in nature.

if you need any help you can contact a lawyer with papers and you would be provided with necessary legal advices in this regard. I don't think you have much to worry at this juncture. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta.

why would the court need your consent?? If your friend provides your details to court that means he wants you as his alibi... so you can be summoned.. there is no wrong in that... just don't try to avoid the proceedings because then it would render suspicion on your part
