can a previous court case affect my chances of getting a govt job? in the case i was declared nirdosh in the end. however i was chargesheeted and spent a night in jail, i was even left out on bail and the next time i went to court i was declared nirsosh. the case was related to robbery (year 2012), i was 17 years old at that time.

Well, it certainly affects the chance of getting selected for a Government Job if background check is being done in a proper way by the HR Department. However, it depends upon your luck too. Chances are quite high that you won't get a Government Job if you had been booked under Sec 392 of IPC despite you have got a clean-chit. However, you can challenge that decision in Court if they won't select you in a Government Job through a Lawyer & by fighting a legal battle, you can get that Government Job.

The police record will reflect that a case was registered against you but if you have been acquitted from the case, there shouldn't be any problem getting a government job. regardless of the offence you were chargesheeted for if you have been acquitted from that offence you no longer will face any problem in securing a government job

hello you are chargesheeted by competent Court but exonerated from the crime aap robbery thanks you have been fully activated from the crime it is not hurdle to get the government job at present . Alto your record is bad but it is cleaned. know your employer can reject your empowerment in future 2 if you have been facing any problem with regard today's with me personally . you have to needs to produce papers all cases personally with me immediately
