There was a college fest that took place last week and a college cpu was stolen for which one of the student without evidence and guilty of the accusation was held responsible and asked to pay 25k..Is this legal in Mumbai, India?

For theft of the CPU, the college ought to have lodged a First Information Report and should have let the Police investigate the matter. The college can not take such arbitrary action and impose penalty upon the student.
Q: Regarding the breach of contract but due to valid reasons
I have signed a online contract with a party named AKT enterprises which was work from home online Job to complete 7000 captcha in 7 days. But the app/webpage provided by them for completing the tasks were having many technical issues and now after 7 days they have send the notice regarding breach of contract and are asking for 5100rupees as mentioned in contract. Please give me the proper solution because as per research done by me the firm is considered fraud online by many people and they even are blackmailing many people.

It is a scam! no need to respond to such hollow companies. Report the fraud to the police and initiate action against them. No money is required to be paid to this company. It is a big scam. Report it to the police immediately and also inform the cyber cell about the manner in which people are being recruited.
Q: am I eligible for claiming rights on my father's property
I got married in 1979, my father died in 1994. After that my brother occupied the entire property. I need to know if I can claim title on the property possessed by my father now? We are hindu.

If your father passed away intestate, i.e. without executing a will in respect of the property, then each son of your father would receive equal share. If your mother is alive, even she will get an equal share in the property.

Without examining the papers and studying the case, no lawyer would quote any fees. Quoting fees without studying the papers is like a doctor prescribing medicine without examining the patient! Without knowing what the negligence is caused and what was it's impact and on what basis i the money being claimed, how can fees be determined!

My wife went to her mother's house, after 3 months of my babies birth and now she is not ready to come back. It's almost 9 months now and yet she is not ready to come back.
