you say that, party B is died by heart attack or suicide and his brother is blaming party A for that. But party A did not torture party B.
you asked that whether any action can be taken on party A by Court or Police?
Whether any case has been filed by the brother of party B. If not, then why you take tension.
And if your answer is yes. Then first take Bail from said Case and contest the same.
