Party A has lended money to party B in 2012. Party A has filed case against B of check bounce which is pending in court. At present, party B is dead by heart attack or suicide and his brother is blaming party A for that. But party A did not torture party B. Is any action can be taken on party A by court or police? Sir, from the facts mentioned by you, neither the Court nor the police will take any action against party A. However, it is better to get a letter drafted from a lawyer mentioning therein that that the brother of party B is threatening of instituting false and frivolous cases against party A, and send the same to the local police stations. The letter will act as concrete proof or evidence of false case. Please contact us for more details.

Party A has to prove himself before court of law of his or her innocence as well as its a long drawn procedure which will take time. Plan out with your lawyer how can you save yourself from this. Detailed discussion is necessary

Murder or abetment of suicide is non bail able and cognigable offence. If FIR was lodged by him police can take action but police needs evidence. Postmortem report or any suicidal note or any dying declaration should be look for for initiate action against A

you say that, party B is died by heart attack or suicide and his brother is blaming party A for that. But party A did not torture party B.
you asked that whether any action can be taken on party A by Court or Police?
Whether any case has been filed by the brother of party B. If not, then why you take tension.
And if your answer is yes. Then first take Bail from said Case and contest the same.
