Proposed me by stating I'll marry u and used me physically financially after few days of relationship stated that because of family issues can't marry u now he is stating that he can't marry me and he is getting prepared to marry someone

don't worry you can file criminal case against him and he will definitely punish by law of he not agree with you for marriage and he no other option he has to marry you now law is very strong on this kind of cases

Section 69 of BNS provides punishment for Sexual intercourse by employing deceitful means, etc. It states that whoever, by deceitful means or by making promise to marry to a woman without any intention of fulfilling the same, has sexual intercourse with her, such sexual intercourse not amounting to the offence of rape, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine.

can file complaint Before any of your sectional police officer police officer complaint go to the authority in the even the higher authorities in the police department do not register your complaint you can file private complaint under section 2003 of the Bhartiya nyaay Suraksha Samhita and it is a clear on the false pretext of marriage offence under Bhartiya naya Samitha 2023
