Being sexually abused by my father since 9 years .

I'm 21 and being sexually abused by my father since 9 years , I'm loosing myself emotionally and psychologically , I'm afraid of my father he doesn't only sexually abuse me but also beat me brutally . I'm loosing my self emotionally and psychologically . How can I help myself , this environment is toxic and they won't let me move out of this house , I'm not able to study and focus because of everyday assault . I want to leave home forever .

if your father beats you and sexually abuses you you can file under the popcorn act the court will summon if you want to leave home get a job try to make some friends and womens cell crime against woman cell

you have many remedies. if you want prosecute your father, you can file compliant against your father. if you adult so no one can force you to live any specific place. you can file complaint about sexual harrasment of your father to concerned authority

As per your information seen the matter is very critical ten you have any evidence against your father then you proceed to criminal proceedings. Second is no need to move from your home if not settled your end then you can give a FIR at your nearest Police station.
