There is 80-95% chance of getting anticipatory bail. You can get the anticipatory bail under section 420,409,34 of the Indian Penal Code as these are sections trialable by the Megistrate of first class and these sections are not punishable for life or death sentence. You can apply for anticipatory bail as soon as possible.

The possibility of anticipatory bail is obviously there but it's very difficult to give suggestions just by your briefing. All the facts are required to be taken into consideration while suggesting you on this matter.
And getting the anticipatory bail from sessions court is relatively more difficult than getting the anti bail from the High Court.
