Bank Acount FROZend by Cyber cell

4 days Before My Bank Account is frozen I went bank they gave me CR number they not shared with me acknowledgement number I contacted SEN police station Banglore whitefield division they refused to give any information and said come here we need to take your statement the polices station is far from my place 2000 km what to do sir help me

it is better you first visit the court and get the FIR and complaint through a lawyer and then see why you account is frozen and if there is any complaint registered against you then first get bail and then visit the police station, so better to get the information first then decide about future course of action. if you have the CR number I can provide you with details and then you can decide future course of action.

Dear Sir, If no FIR are registered against you then you are in safe otherwise if your name appears in FIR then you have to get anticipatory bail from Sessions Court concerned and thereafter approach the Police. There is every danger of arrest if you surrender before Police without getting anticipatory bail.
