you can file anticipatory bail application to get prior bail without appearing before the court, after getting the bail from the court you can face trial without any fear then you can file quashing of chargesheet under section 482/529 of crpc/bnss. For more details Whatsapp us or call.

If both the parties are ready to compromise, then get a compromise deed prepared. After that you file a writ for quashing in the High Court under section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita. High Court in its inherent power will quash all the preceedings related this case.

First of all, you should file for an end speed so that you do not get arrested. Then you can file for coaching of the whole case, which requires thorough reading of the whole case and evidence on record, and on the basis of certain legal grounds, your action may prove to be successful. I can help you with all of this. Please let me know. Thanks.

Get an anticipatory bail in the lower court as soon as possible pleading that you had no service of summon. The compromise decree is only granted by the court so whether you want to enter compromise or face trial can be done within court. You have not mentioned the sections under which you are chargesheeted. There are certain sections in which compromise is not possible.
