Q: Ex parte order by family court

Dear sir/madam, my wife filed a divorce petition in 2022. I appeared in court most of the times but on 2 dates 21 aug and 16 october 2024, i could not appear in family court due to medical reasons. Court has ordered for exparte. My question is if exparte order is passed then divorce decree will be given to herorboth of us. If decree isgiven only to her then will I be considered divorced. I mean will I get some certificate/written confirmation by court that i am divorced or how will I get divorce

Court has passed an ex-parte order and decree, no decree will always be in favor of the your wife if judgememt has been passed in favor, in case you do not want to be divorced then you can file appeal against thr order and decree within 90 days from the date of decree. Q: Arrest and make a challan under 151 ( But I didn't meet with the girl)

My gf said to me for meeting before marriage and her phone were switched off by her aunty I went her home and give a letter to her father n walk away after 15 mint her father come with the car kidnapped me and take me to lonely place where about 15-20 person were planning n threatening, molest me . Suddenly police came n take me to Police station. Now in FIR on me 316,333,115,351,351 now how I deal with it.

Q: About Independent witness in trapping cases

Respected Sir,In anti-corruption/vigilance trapping, is it mandatory to inform the DM of the concerned district before trapping or not?Should independent witnesses be taken from the concerned district only or can they be taken by DM of any other district also?Can this be a point for quashing FIR?

Usually the process of trapping in case of Anti-Corruption is mentioned anywhere but as per the experience we have faced in all cases concerned DM is informed before the trap and for getting two independent witnesses, no this could not be raised as a point or will not help you so much. Q: Bailable warrant charged with ipc147, 427,352

2021-fir filed against unknown people for demolition of boundary wall, other party and us settled the dispute in ps, police added my name in chargesheet without my knowledge and case went for trial in 2023,not aware of anything till date,6 hearing already happened without my representative as I didn't get any summon, non bailable warrant issued.. What should I do? I am not guilty and I want my name removed from the case. Other party is ready for settlement. I am a student & govt job aspirant.
