BAIL -Suicide Case. Wife's parents want to put a charge of dowry.

29-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
(Marriagw duration Less than 1 year) My friend is arrested in a suicide case of his wife. His wife leaves a suicide note and we are facing issue in getting FIR copy or any related documents. Her parents also wants police to charge for dowry case. I am sure he did not demanded any dowry or anything. He is a guy who is just focused on his career. Is there any chance of getting bail.

Dear Client,
Married since one year, whether his wife has been living together and has committed suicide, has she bearing child or pregnant. Any reason for such suicide. what her suicide notes says or blames all about. What FIR says and allegations made against .
Bail can be granted on going through all above facts and circumstances.
You may consult for the legal resolution and proper action.

first of all.
if an FIR had been lodged against your friend then you can also downlod it from delhi police website. if you are residing in Delhi. if any suicide notice is there then your friend may be charged u/s 306 etc if the suicide note is naming your friend's name.

there are chances to get the bail, but subject to some conditions.
