My friend is arrested in a suicide case of his wife. His wife leaves a suicide note and we are facing issue in getting FIR copy or any related
documents. Her parents also wants police to charge for dowry case. I am sure he did not demanded any dowry or anything. He is a guy who is just focused on his career. Is there any chance of getting bail.

if an FIR had been lodged against your friend then you can also downlod it from delhi police website. if you are residing in Delhi. if any suicide notice is there then your friend may be charged u/s 306 etc if the suicide note is naming your friend's name.
