Bail cancellation ka kitna chance hai?

Mujhe bail mila tha condition thi ki meri wife ko mujhe 2 month main 1st date pr lekar jana hai court and court uska feedback lega negative hone pr cancel karega. 1st date 32 din baad lagi judge leave pr. Aagli date 120 din baad lagi main nhi gaya date pr. But date ke din meri wife flight pakad ke mami ke ghar chali gayi apne festival maane mujhe chor kar akela khud ki ticket par mami ki apni marzi se( ticket done and call of her mom are as evidence with me) his din apne ghar gayi us din date thi wo bhi court nhi gayi fir 2 date aage ki na wo gayi na main. Fir usne Jane ke 6 month baad allegation lagaya hai ki maine maar ke bhaga diya? Ab court paise khane wali ladki ko itna favourable decision dega toh wo chorgi. Usne bola hai 2 month main laye nhi mujhe court mara? Toh khud jakar sep 19main Marc 20 tk kya kr rhi thi. Pitai hoti toh turant report krti? Kya bail cancel hogi in halat main. Jate din I love u miss u plz take care and shopping kr ke gayi recording hai.
Bail continuation move karna padega. Because tum court se absent th. Continuation m merits dekhenge fir cancellation set aside krenge.

First of all your question is not clear Criminal proceedings Will be held in a different court altogether and matrimonial proceedings will proceed in the different court. So far as section 482 is concerned proceedings can only be initiated in the High Court and bill matter will be dealt in the trial court as well as the High Court.
