Assualt snd illegal trespassing on private property

My name is Rahul Patil. I have school transportation business.I was brutually assaulted by my neighbour and his two friends who were drunk when i objected totheir car parked on my 3 guntha land which are used by me to park my school buses. This incident happened on 7 December 2022 at morning 6.15 am.I reported this to emergency police helpline 100.The police came and they suggested me to file a written complaint in yhe nearest police station.Having suggested this I along with my wife visited the Vimantal Police Station numerous times and they finally registered a NC.After this incidence I do not know what action has been taken against the accused neither do I know if any action has been taken what it was.Due to assult my ear drum is damaged permanently.I have a Doctor Certificate to back my claim.After this i took the advice of a lawyer who sent a legal notice on my behalf to them.The accused did not even care to reply to that.Finally I filed a complaint with the Pune Police Comm

You should file a private complaint before the magistrate under appropriate sections of Indian Penal Code and attach all the proofs you have along with the written complaint that you filed with police and commissioner

Well, I can do my best to get your Police Complaint lodged into FIR, so that, Police should arrest them and Criminal Trial against the Accused Persons should run. I will also appeal Court to seek Monetary Compensation for you from the accused parties to get your Eardrum treated.

Hello sir you need to file private complaint petition before Magistrate court or you should file an application under 156 of CrPC to get directions from court to police to register FIR against these accused. You are wrongly advised for sending legal notice for crime already committed against you.
