Mera bhai aur ek ladki 3 saal se relationship main the .. January 2022 main ek ladke ko mere bhai ki gf se one sided pyar hogya . Usne February main ek suicide note likha tha ladki ko ki agr ladki ne usse dosti nahi ki toh wo suicide krlega. Aur wo ladka mere bhai ko gali de rha tha toh wo usse Milne chla gya wo ladka wahan gun lekar aaya tha wahan thodi ladai hogyi aur us ladai ke kuch din baad us ladke ne ladki ko raat ko call kia aur gaali dene lga aur bola ki wo dosti nahi kregi toh wo suicide krlega ladke ne fhr suicide krlia hai aur suicide note main mere bhai ka naam likh gya . Uska motiva tha ki Mera bhai aur wo ladki alg hojaye.. uske ghrwalo ne mere bhai ko jail main krwadia hai ab humko kia Krna chahiye is situation main?

apko apne bhai ki sabse pehle bail krwani chahiye ydi aap thik se case ki perrvi krenge to district court se hi bail ho jyegi .
or rhi bat age ki to jitna aap bta rhe ho itni hi bat h to is case me jada kuch nhi hoga so dont be penic

you can go for filing a bail application in the court for your brother. and till then you can go for quashing of the FIR and the for the proceedings in the High Court and if the bail gets rejected from Session Court then you can go in High Court for the bail of your brother ... whether the charge sheet has came or not ? and what are the statements recorded before the magistrate ?? all the details be told to you only after producing the records and the documents and if your brother is in jail for now you can go for bail ...

Jail gaye 90 din ho gaye ho to bail kariye agar 90 days complete nahi hua hai to 90 days ka wait kariye . kyoki police 90 charseat court sand kar degi uske baad bail karaiye . vichaaraneey satr nyaayaalay dvaara hai jisakee jamaanat satr nyaayaalay se hee hogee evan samajhauta nahee kiya ja sakata hai .
