Arrested on suspicion of Drug,

Arrested on suspicion of drugs, samples were tested and report negative. Released on bail after 100 days. DRI approached for retesting, rejected by court. Still case is not closed. What to do ? Looks to be planned story- how to seek justice
You may either file a discharge application before the trial court or you may approach high court for quashing of FIR and charge sheet if filed. Once the report is negative no case is made out against you.

If That negative samples report is present in the lower court, Firstly ask property what is the issue having a closer report of case. if they are not ok with this. get the file and report and go to the higher court and ask them for relief.

Well, in order to care the close, you can file for quashing by filing a Petition under Sec 482 of the CRPC, 1973. However, go for quashing only, when you are confident that your hands are clear and allegations against you of Drug Peddling are false.
