Arrest and make a challan under 151 ( But I didn't meet with the girl)

My gf said to me for meeting before marriage and her phone were switched off by her aunty I went her home and give a letter to her father n walk away after 15 mint her father come with the car kidnapped me and take me to lonely place where about 15-20 person were planning n threatening, molest me . Suddenly police came n take me to Police station. Now in FIR on me 316,333,115,351,351 now how I deal with it.

Did you file a counter FIR . Get an anticipatory bail from the lower court first so as the punishment for them are upto seven years. Later on you need to join the trial where you can file discharge. Getting an anticipatory bail will make sure that you are not arrested during investigation.

you can file for bail in district court. if you are arrested file for regular bail. if not, file for anticipatory bail. You can also challenge the whole proceedings in High Court. High Court in its inherent power can quash the all proceedings. under article 226, in High Court, you can get arrest stay . Arrest stay means investigation will go on but you will not arrested. for more information send me F.I.R

you can move to high court for quashing of the FIR and if court find that matter is malicious then high court can quash the aforesaid FIR so you can contact me for more information and you have to brief your case personally then i can help you in better way.
