Am totally helpless.. need some guidance.


05-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I already filled f.i.r. with ipc 376'377' 328' 506 and accused got arrested and at present he is in tihad. My 164 is done on this friday. But from 3-4 days my case i.o.. behaviour getting changed with me. Indirectly she pressurized me for compermise. Yesterday she told me that accused family looking for filling a case against me and thay will sent me to jail. My i.o. also told me that, my case is too week, accused will get bail with in 7 days. Sir m getting mantally stressed. I just want justice. Am alone, dun have any family. I dun have lawyer. N. G. O gave me. Lawer but she is just taking me lightly. Am not financially strong. If i cant take justice, i will be die. Plz guide me .

Your IO must have been bribed by the accused person and that’s why she told you such rubbish things. If your case is genuine it’s a request don’t compromise. And no rape accused can get a bail in 7 days. It’s just to let you compromise nothing else. Don’t get stressed and you will surely get justice. Thoda time lagega but you will get it.
