Adv not providing Written Statement

Adv not providing Written Statement

My Adv is not providing for Written Statement and giving bogus excuses like "We need to put it for inspection", "We can only provide it before the next hearing" etc. Is there a solution to this? Can I go and get this WS by myself or if it is available anywhere online?

It's not a good thing that your advocate must prepare it and file it before court for more clarification or help you may take a consultation, then I'll help it and also file it before Court its just an option whatever you have.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have given him the desired amount of fees which he has asked for then there is no need to inspect as soon you can file your ws that also with proper evidence if you have against the allegations she has put against you it would be better if you can hire another advocate as you cannot describe the details legally required and it's not found online for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

WS is not available anywhere online. as every case is different WS is prepared as per the case. Solution for this you might have to consult another advocate for second advise. . .
