Action /remedy against False FIR

My son in-law lodged false FIR against my self my daughter and son in June 2016 u/s 324,504,506,34 ipc, police never arrested and also not asked for bail, police filed B final in Nov. 2016 and court approved same 12/1/18 , now what action or remedy is available to teach him a lesson and is there any limitations
