My wife is a medico. She had made me go mentally unstable by putting me on some medicines which i am not aware of, however i remember the medical store from where she used to purchase medicines without prescription. This was a ploy by her to prove that she cannot lead her life with me since i was mentally imbalanced, however my mom noticed the changes in me and took me to a doctor who was also referred by her since she being a medico.by gods grace i got to know that she has an illegal relation

you can file a case for mental toucher and also claim divorce for having illegal relation as you mentioned about medico on the ground also you can file divorce. keep all the medical report so that it will help to prove medico patient disease

you can file a petition on ground of physical and mental Cruelly and get rid of her by obtaining a divorce, so as you stated that she even has illegal relationship then it is upto you to decide future course of action and get a divorce.

than you file immediately divorce case on the based on the evidence what you have....and file criminal complaint to nearby police station before file divorce petition and your life is in under danger as per your query
