Abroad study related cheating financially, each students trapped

First, they gave us a loan of Rs. 4.7 lakhs through them and paid the first semester fee at Golden Gate University. After 7.5 months, when it was time to pay the second semester fee, we did not get the loan as they had promised. It was only later that we realized that we cannot get a loan for such a course. Then, when we told the agency that we wanted the first loan waived, they said that they had given us a certificate for 7.5 months and that they could not return the 4.7 lakhs paid.
you have two options file a police complaint is the fastest way to take action against the agency and also you can file a suit before the jurisdictional civil court recovery of the amount and lost.
